Enclosed and private, this holiday home ensures that your family and guests are out of sight while you enjoy a swim in the pool or an outdoor dinner. 

Property comprises of a large living room and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and an in-house apartment with its own bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen. It can comfortably host up to 10 people (max 8 adults + children). Outdoor spaces include a large pool with a jacuzzi corner, a dining area with barbecue, as well as several verandas and lounge areas around the property where one can enjoy the views, chatting with friends or just having a glass of wine in private.

The house is built on a small hill, overlooking the sea and one of the best beaches of the island - Klima beach, which can be visited on foot. It also has its own dock and a plush natural landscape. 

The distinctive combination of breath-taking views, modern amenities, privacy, luxury and comfort makes this villa an exceptional vacation spot.

Servicing:  A trusted family living on the property (separate housing beyond the pool) takes care of the outdoor spaces, pool and gardens, all the while remaining discreet and out of site. Housekeeping service is arranged every 4 days and it includes cleaning and fresh bed linens, bath and pool towels.

Concierge:  A person appointed to your service will be there to meet you at arrival and support you throughout your stay, to answer any questions, to give you ideas and tips and to help you organise your ideal vacation, whether you prefer to have a relaxing holiday or an active adventure.
